Project Intelligence™ workshops energise and empower delivery teams

All our workshops (we don’t do traditional training) are run by one of our Managing Practitioners who provides a practical guide to successful change delivery based on their extensive project leadership experience in the field.   

Customised workshops: we customise our workshop programmes to specifically address method and process shortfalls, cultural challenges, organisational issues and common project manager opportunities for improvement, relevant to each client.  All workshops are based on real case studies and delivered as difficult yet enjoyable active-learning challenges to delegates.  

The underlying focus of all our workshops is to energise delegates to:
